Putts Fore Purpose Registration is LIVE!
2025 Recap
After a successful inaugural year raising $55,000, 2024/2025 brought the goal of increasing our impact. With the goal of creating a "bigger & better" Pucks for Purpose, several key events were introduced. The inaugural Putts Fore Purpose Golf Tournament and inaugural Polar Plunge were key initiatives that the Xaverian community rallied behind.
In 2024/2025, we made history, introducing the first ever women's charity hockey game at any university in Canada. This not only gave girls at StFX the chance to compete for their faculty, it was the key in helping the Pucks for Purpose community make a donation of:

We're extremely proud to be able to support two amazing charities that are close to the hearts of our community.
Our first, The Canadian Cancer Society, is a leading force in the fight against cancer and supports those living with the disease. Our second charity, motionball for Special Olympics brings together young professionals and athletes with intellectual disabilities, fostering inclusion and supporting a more unified community.
