The Canadian Cancer Society is recognized for its comprehensive support services, research funding, and advocacy efforts aimed at preventing and curing cancer while supporting individuals and families affected by the disease. Camp Goodtimes provides a nurturing environment where children affected by cancer can build supportive relationships, participate in recreational activities, and find solace in a community of peers facing similar challenges, fostering resilience and joy despite their circumstances.

The 2023-2024 Art-Sci Team is raising money for The Canadian Cancer Society. Each athlete has their own individual donation goal to reach. You can support your favourite athlete by clicking the link below their Hockey Card! We can't wait to see you at the big game on March 13th!

Land Acknowledgment

We acknowledge that StFX is in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship” which Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) Peoples first signed with the British Crown in 1725. The treaties did not deal with surrender of lands and resources but in fact recognized Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) title and established the rules for what was to be an ongoing relationship between nations.
