Special Olympics is not just about sport, or staying fit and healthy, but also about providing a social network, a sense of belonging and a valuable source of stability – all essential to our athletes' mental and physical health.

The 2023-2024 Business Team is raising money for Motionball. Each athlete has their own individual donation goal to reach. You can support your favourite athlete by clicking the link below their Hockey Card! We can't wait to see you at the big game on March 13th!

Land Acknowledgment

We acknowledge that StFX is in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship” which Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) Peoples first signed with the British Crown in 1725. The treaties did not deal with surrender of lands and resources but in fact recognized Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik (Maliseet) title and established the rules for what was to be an ongoing relationship between nations.
